Works as advertised, awesome seller too!Jun 27, 2007
By C. Marko First the product: If you've gone to their website and seen the video you'll know what I'm talking about. Loosing a $20 disc sucks, and if you have this little gadget there is a good chance of recovery. I've used it in ponds where you can't see the bottom, and came out with discs! I occasionally cast it in there just to see what I can grab. It snags a disc, then uses the disc shape to raise it out of the water, and away from snags on the bottom... Sharp idea, nice product, I wish the inventor success.
About the Seller: I bought disc diver about 6 weeks ago, had a problem with shipping and it didn't arrive. I mentioned to the seller I didn't get the product... what does he do... sends me a brand new one in it's place (it had a paint chip or so he says LOL... it looked perfect to me). So I get the disc diver, and USPS finally finds the first one that they mistakenly sent somewhere else. I notified the seller, TOLD him I wanted to PAY. He refused, and asked merely to give it to another person who may need it at the course. I don't want to give you the wrong impression, he's not in the business of giving away disc divers, but he is in the business of honesty, he deserves high praise for his customer service. Outstanding seller! I WILL do business with him again. DiscDiver Disc Golf Retriever

DiscDiver retrieverJan 20, 2008
By chemikalman I have been very happy with this product so far. It is well worth the price. I have used it about 15-18 times and only once did it fail me. That was when the disc landed in a spot where there were flat rocks 1 foot or so in diameter behind the disc and on either side. It is nice to not have to alter your throw because of fear that your disc will land in the water.

This saved my favorite DISCJan 20, 2011
By Nik This is a GREAT product, as it saved my favorite disc! I was at a new course, and I did not see the nasty water trap my favorite disc flew into... well it was a place that filled up with water from the recent rains... I didn't want to wait the week for the water to drain/evaporate (and possibly someone getting my favorite disc, so I found this product while finishing up the course and got it the next day to see if I could get my disc back (can you tell it's my favorite disc yet??).
After I received the product me and my two disc golf buddies went to the course to go fishing for my disc. All three of us tried using this product, and 2 of us had luck fishing disc out of the water, but one of my friends had issues with it. I will admit the product takes some learning time, but the fact that I got my favorite disc back made the cost completely worth it!
I will be going back after the next big rains to see if I can get any more discs from the water hazard,

Works very poorlyDec 07, 2010

So far the disc diver is 0-6 for me. If there is any sort of debris in the way or if the surface below the water is not 100% smooth, the disc diver will probably not get your disc back. I play in Blue Springs, MO and I thought I would be able to get several discs with this but I haven't gotten one. In fact, I lost mine and was able to see it (only 10ft away) and the diver wouldn't pick it up. I don't recommend this.

By James M. Sparks The Golden Retriever is awesome. You'll have to practice a bit with it and go ahead and tie on the bigger string or get yourself more string you'll need it trust me( and sure its strong, nylon preferably.
