I was looking to try a different midrange disc besides my straight-flying Shark. I had the Roc recommended & decided to go for it in the Star Plastic. I had some trouble controlling it at first & would've rated it a 2-star a few weeks ago, but I stayed with it & really enjoy it for its versatility (which is what they say about it on Innova's website). As you start getting more into this sport, you realize that sometimes you actually want a disc that cuts right or left. This disc is perfect for those shorter shots where you need to hook to the left. Also not bad for an anhyzer shot that initially cuts right, but ends left. Loving this disc as I use it more.
